TPM provides space assessment post-pandemic for state’s downtown offices

TPM is providing supplemental staffing, space assessment, and utilization services to assist the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in supporting the Governor’s Future of Work initiative. The ultimate objective of this initiative is to operationalize downtown Boston area office spaces to support the new way of working post-COVID-19, including a focus on open office spaces, increased collaboration areas, reduced paper storage, and optimized shared public meeting/hearing space.
