Gilbane served as the general contractor for a new core and shell office building in Tempe. The 17-story high-rise project consists of 743,124 SF with 280,000 rentable square feet, approximately 1,000 parking spaces over two levels of below-grade parking a mechanical penthouse and extensive lobby and tenant amenity space.

In 2022 this project was named among the Best Of by NAIOP Arizona. Designated the Spec Office Project of the Year, this award celebrates tremendous project achievements and the finished space is a testament to that recognition.
