Our team is an amalgam of ex-pats from our U.S. operations and local Mexican nationals. Collectively we create a cohesive team that has deep experience and state-of-the-art construction techniques combined with well-established relationships with local subcontractor communities, focused on understanding the challenges of working in this unique business environment and maintaining strict adherence to ethical practices.

Gilbane is uniquely well-positioned to serve American, European, and Asian businesses in the industrial manufacturing sector, including food and beverage, pharma/biotech, and consumer products projects. Gilbane’s breadth of resources, experience, and strong relationships have led to the delivery of multiple successful large-scale manufacturing facilities, helping clients navigate the local business landscape.

Our portfolio includes several grassroots and facility upgrade projects as part of the growing program with Constellation Brands in their Coahuila, Baja, California and Sonora plants. Our expertise is managing the integration of these facilities with the manufacturing process and equipment while also overseeing commissioning and start-up in coordination with plant operations and maintenance teams.
