College Park: Over $500 Million of Projects Slated

College Park, MD – (January 16, 2020) – There is currently more than half a billion dollars’ worth of planned real estate development projects in the pipeline in College Park, including new student housing, hotels, office buildings, townhomes, apartments and retail.

The Hyattsville Wire compiled the numbers, which add up to at least $531 million, after talking with local officials and looking at publicly available estimates. This figure is a conservative estimates, so the actual number may be even higher.
