Rikki Pollack
Vice President of Asset Management
Rikki Pollack is the Vice President of Asset Management at Gilbane Development Company, where she is responsible for the operating expenses of the properties, property management, and the property managers’ performance, while ensuring that property managers and maintenance are operating to the budget. She develops, implements, and monitors all related systems and policies to measure and track progress to remain on goals and ensure profitability and compliance across the company’s portfolio, with particular focus on the company’s public-private partnerships, student housing, and commercial developments. Rikki has twenty-five years of experience in affordable, market rate, and student housing.
Prior to joining Gilbane Development Company in 2020, Rikki was a Director of Asset Management and supervised operations for 5,100 units. She previously worked for Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development as an asset manager, where she specialized in creating asset management and property management policies and oversaw a portfolio of public housing, senior, LIHTC, and Housing Choice Voucher units. She began her career opening and managing Class A properties for NHP and Trammel Crow in Virginia and Maryland. Rikki is an IREM Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Public Housing Manager, Certified Fair Housing Specialist, Housing Credit Specialist, and Certified Property Manager candidate.
