Pascal Saccol is Vice President, Controller at Gilbane Development Company where he is responsible for leading the company’s growing accounting team. Before Gilbane, Pascal served as Audit Director at CohnReznick LLP, where he managed audits for real estate low-income housing clients and equity investment funds, demonstrating his proficiency in internal controls, risk management, and budgeting. Pascal’s leadership extends beyond technical proficiency; he has a proven track record of mentoring and developing accounting teams, as evidenced by his role in establishing mentoring programs at previous firms. His strategic mindset, coupled with his ability to cultivate client relationships and drive business development initiatives, positions him as an invaluable asset to Gilbane Development Company’s accounting department.
Pascal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the School of Chamber of Commerce of Paris, France.
