
Paul J. Choquette, III
Regional President
Paul Choquette III, a fifth-generation member of the Gilbane family, serves as Regional President for Gilbane Building and leads the firm’s national Public-Private Partnership (P3) strategy, overseeing more than $1.5 billion in active work.
His experience spans higher education, K–12, and state and local government projects. Paul also oversees operations across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and West divisions.
He joined Gilbane in 2001 and is actively engaged in industry and community leadership, including serving on the boards of the ACE Mentor Program of Washington, D.C., the DC Public Library Foundation, the Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School in Washington, D.C., and the executive committee of the Federal City Council.
