Paul oversees all business and sales strategies for the Mid-Atlantic, New Jersey, Southeast, and West divisions and Gilbane’s Specialty Services. In addition, he leads the company’s Public-Private Partnership (P3) strategy and provides leadership to Gilbane’s community impact efforts.

A fifth-generation Gilbane family member, he actively participates in community and industry organizations. Paul serves as a member of the board, is past chair for the ACE Mentor Program of Washington, D.C., and is the executive sponsor of UJIMA, Gilbane’s company-wide employee resource group. He is a board member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the Don Bosco Cristo Rey High School in Washington, D.C., and serves on the executive committee of the Federal City Council. 

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
