Gilbane to provide CM-At-Risk services for Cypress Ridge Elementary School’s new cafetorium

Gilbane will provide construction management at-risk services for the addition of a new cafetorium on the occupied Cypress Ridge Elementary School campus for Lake County Schools.

This 10,000 SF cafetorium will include a kitchen, serving lines, freezer storage, dining and stage area to serve 600 students.
