Gilbane Development Company awarded RAD Bundle I, providing over $100 million in badly needed repairs to 648 apartments across 6 developments in the Bronx

Today, the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) announced three developers selected to partner with the Authority under its Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program.
