Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – December 19, 2023 – Gilbane Building Company has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western Pennsylvania by the Pittsburgh Business Times and Quantum Market Research. The award celebrates companies in the greater Pittsburgh area who go above and beyond to create an impactful work environment and is awarded after receiving employee feedback via an engagement survey.

Companies from Western Pennsylvania were evaluated exclusively on responses from the Best Places to Work Survey completed by their employees. The survey consisted of 30 questions that asked about various categories such as work engagement, people practices, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness, feeling valued, and trust in senior leaders.
