With its innovative design and prime location, 615 Morehead is set to become the largest residential tower in Charlotte, earning its place as a true gem in the “Queen City’s” skyline.

Charlotte, NC – The iconic project, Radius Dilworth, is the first venture of Spandrel Development Partners in Charlotte, originating from New York City. The development includes two buildings: The Overlook, a 26-story residential skyscraper, and The Enclave, an elegant 8-story building designed by BB+M Architecture. These structures will usher in a new era of high & mid-rise multifamily living in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood.

The new state-of-the-art towers will offer over 600 rental apartments. Gilbane and their joint venture partner Clancy & Theys, leveraged their expertise in constructing towering landmarks in Charlotte and bringing the client’s vision to reality, set to open in late 2024.

This project is one of the first high-rise multifamily towers developed in Charlotte in the past five years, signifying Gilbane’s entry into the local multifamily market. When completed, residents can expect various amenities, including pools for each building. Radius Dilworth includes a remarkable 8-story podium seamlessly connected to the tower via a pedestrian bridge. This bridge leads to an amenity deck atop the parking garage with a pool overlooking the Charlotte skyline. Top-of-the-line 24-hour fitness facilities are also available to residents. A club room offers a space for socializing and entertainment, while sky lounges and poolside lounges with grilling stations provide additional areas.

Co-working spaces will be built, catering to residents who work remotely and offering a productive environment. Electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage facilities promote sustainability and encourage alternative modes of transportation.

There is also roughly 6,000 square feet of retail space along Morehead, which will be a further amenity to the building and continue to foster 24/7 walkability and availability of amenities to the project and neighborhood.
