·         The Morgan Center for Research and Innovation at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a new 17-story state-of-the-art pediatric research building. The new tower will include wet labs situated adjacent to dry labs to create seamless collaboration between researchers.

·         The Merchant Building, a.k.a. The North Market Tower, in Columbus, Ohio, a large-scale mixed-use development, will have 32 stories of live-work-play amenities and two floors totaling nearly 65,000 SF of state-of-the-art offices with a refined industrial design.
