Yale University Kline Tower Renovation

Redefining the skyline of innovation on Yale’s Science Hill campus

The tallest building on Yale University’s campus, the Kline Tower renovation transformed the 1960s-era 16-story tower into light-filled research, teaching, and collaboration spaces. The renovated tower features reimagined open-concept programming areas, classrooms, and faculty offices to promote collaboration and connections across multiple departments. The full project scope, intended to achieve LEED Gold status, included a complete interior renovation, including full MEP/HVAC system upgrades and code compliance updates. Also included was a basement information technology server room that services 3.4 million SF on campus. Notably, the 14th floor is now a feature conference and event space offering scenic panoramic views of New Haven and the harbor.
