Achieved $8 million in cost savings through early trade partner engagement, structural system evaluation, and collaborative design optimization of the building enclosure and MEP systems
Advanced sustainability and community impact, including a green roof covering 50% of the building, 20% energy savings over ASHRAE standards, EV charging, bird-safe fritted glass, and 21.56% M/WBE participation with 33% local workforce utilization
Contributed $3 million to a local women’s housing project.
