Wayne State University Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments

Gilbane’s TPM seamlessly delivers FF&E procurement and installation for Wayne State

Gilbane’s Transition, Planning & Management (TPM) team provided furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) procurement coordination and installation management services for the recently constructed Anthony Wayne Drive Apartment Complex at Wayne State University. Now the largest housing complex on the University’s campus, the building features an 11-story central tower, a six-story south wing, and an eight-story north wing. Inside the new facility, there are 575 apartment-style units, including studio, one-, two- or four-bedroom options, each standard with a full-size kitchen, in addition to the numerous student lounges, gathering spaces, business centers, and retail areas that can be found throughout.
