Towson University Health Professions Building
New sustainable building dedicated to advancing the health professions
To support growing enrollment, Towson University selected Gilbane to provide construction management services for their Health Professions Building for the College of Health Professions. The new $160 million, 250,000 SF facility consolidates multiple departments previously dispersed throughout campus, providing state-of-the-art equipment to support experiential learning, advance innovative practices, build research leadership, and serve as an inviting community beacon for a new cluster of academic learning spaces. The project sets a high performance sustainability standard for future university development and aspires to be the healthiest building on campus.
