The best-in-class project showcases Tomball ISD’s vision for the future. Designed to meet the District’s needs for the next 50 to 75 years, the project consists of a new 230,000 SF junior high school, a new 115,000 SF elementary school along with a district athletics complex that includes a new stadium to hold 10,000 spectators on the same site. Additionally, the scope includes the construction of a wastewater treatment plant and roadway construction, critical components for these projects.
