Rockrose Development brought on Gilbane to provide construction management services to deliver seamless connections to its tenants without disrupting their ongoing operations. This extensive building repositioning spanned 25,000 SF and involved joining three buildings across their property lines through ground-floor corridors that created one seamless, amenity-rich lobby. The result is a Class A office space with refreshed interior and exterior finishes and more user-friendly amenities for office tenants and visitors.

- New corridor connects the ground floor across three existing buildings – 1900 M Street, 1140 19th Street, and 1146 19th Street
- Phased construction plan prioritized communication with building management and safe access paths for tenants
