Gilbane is providing construction management services for the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI. Renovations include updating the fifth-floor ballroom and meeting rooms, replacing the building-wide fire alarm system, exterior doors, and parking garages, and transforming the third floor into a new dining area. Gilbane’s application of lessons learned from other similar convention center projects across the country underscored Gilbane’s ability to deliver this intricate scope of work.
