Renova West is a 19-story, mixed-use development planned for 860 Concourse Village East in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by Gilbane Development in partnership with Institute for Community Living (ICL) and Tredway, with construction by Gilbane Building, the project will transform a parking lot into 266 new affordable homes paired with on-site supportive services, high-quality amenity spaces, and a new neighborhood-based ICL Bronx Health Hub that expands access to integrated physical and behavioral health care.
