Renley will feature 94 market rate residences, 5,637 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 207 parking spaces in a below-grade garage immediately adjacent to the Virginia Square-GMU Metro entrance. The adaptive reuse design preserves the building’s existing facade while reimagining the interior around state-of-the-art amenities: premium floor-by-floor tenant storage, a wellness center, luxury resident lounges, and coworking spaces designed for modern lifestyles.
