Project Overview

  • Purpose-built spaces designed for band and orchestra programs
  • Flexible 4,000 SF hall for shared academic and rehearsal use
  • Advanced acoustic engineering with sound isolation and separation
  • LEED v4 Gold certification for sustainable design; Design celebrates Purdue’s musical legacy while enhancing the student experience

“[Gilbane’s] dedication to the project and client was superb, demonstrated by a continual “How or where else can we help?” mentality. They performed admirably on their task of delivering this facility on time and on budget, but the above and beyond support I received separated them from other contractors.”
