Greenfield data center earns LEED Gold Certification
This greenfield data center was located on a 138-acre site and built in four phases with each phase featuring 250 W/SF density scalable to 500 W/SF. A 460,000 SF building was constructed in Phase 1 and included 63,000 SF of total raised floor, 36,000 SF of white space with four-foot raised floor and under-floor cooling, eight emergency generators at 3 MW each, and an IT critical load of 9 MW.

- The project achieved LEED Gold Certification and 31% MBE/WBE contractor participation
- 1100 kVA, 750 kVA, and 400 kVA UPS systems
- 10 data hall Computer Room Air Handling (CRAH) units – 120,000 CFM each
- 94, 20-ton Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units
- Designed to withstand 200 MPH winds and seismic design category two
