Solar powered new clubhouse with pickleball courts
The project entails developing a two-story, 12,000-square-foot clubhouse and building 12 pickleball courts. Notably, six of these courts will feature a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) structure that provides shade and accommodates solar panels.
Project Overview
- Situated adjacent to an existing city-owned tennis complex, the greenfield site underwent comprehensive site clearing, import fill, and installation of underground utilities, hardscape, and landscape enhancements
- The project achieved LEED Gold certification
- Six courts to include a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) for shade and solar panel support
- Construction of 12 pickleball courts
