Olara is a transformative luxury residential development taking shape at 1919 N. Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida. Gilbane is providing preconstruction and construction management at‑risk services for the two, 26‑story towers, which will elevate the skyline while introducing a new standard of waterfront living.
