The development will provide 756 beds across 298 units and include amenities that support student wellness, academic success, and connection, including dedicated study lounges, indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, a clubhouse, pickleball courts, a resort-style pool and sun deck, bike storage, parking, and shuttle bus service to campus.
