NYCREATES – Albany NanoTech Complex Expansion (NFR)
New Next-Generation Semiconductor Research Center underway at the Albany NanoTech Complex
Gilbane and the DPS Group are providing design-build services to deliver a state-of-the-art, four-story research and development facility housing a new 50,000 SF ISO 5 cleanroom with an accompanying sub-fab at the NYCREATES’ Albany NanoTech Complex. With the completion of the project, the NanoFab Reflection building, or NFR, will enable this new $10 billion High NA EUV Lithography Center to develop the world’s most advanced computer chips. The Albany NanoTech Complex Expansion extends beyond the ultramodern NFR building itself to a new 900-car parking garage and a high-voltage switchyard upgrade.
