New multi-service center in Brooklyn’s Brownsville neighborhood
Gilbane and our design partner, Marvel, are providing design-build services for the new Brownsville Multi-Service Center – a safe and secure community center building designed and constructed to help better serve the needs of the Brownsville community.
Project Overview
- The project scope includes the demolition of the existing structure and new ground-up 60,000 SF building
- Consists of 30,000 SF multi-service center and 18,000 SF community center
- The Community Hub will serve as a new home for the Brooklyn Community Board 16
