Major Upgrades at Northeastern’s Columbus Place

Gilbane has been awarded construction management services for a gut renovation of Columbus Place at Northeastern University in Boston. This location will act as the main service space for the Northeastern University Police Department (NUPD), mail services, and house senior leadership for the university.

Renovations will include annexing neighboring office space, expansion of NUPD amenities, and the construction of a new staircase
Features include offices, a kitchen, and expanded locker rooms for anticipated department growth
