The new R.M. Schulze Family Cardiovascular and Stroke Critical Care Center at NCH is a five-story, 180,000 SF facility designed to serve as a premier cardiac and surgical center for South Florida. To enable immediate progress toward demolition and new construction, Gilbane provided phased construction sequencing options, a parking impact analysis, and a power relocation plan developed alongside Florida Power & Light.
