Morgan State University Legacy Hall

Completion of second residential tower addresses housing shortage on campus

After successfully completing Morgan State University’s first residence hall in over 30 years, Gilbane, in association with WarrenBuilds, was selected to provide construction management services for Legacy Hall, a new 167,000 SF student residence hall. Like Thurgood Marshall Hall, this new student housing and dining complex was financed, designed, constructed, and operated through an alternative delivery model managed by MEDCO – the Maryland Economic Development Corporation.
