Upgrading Fenway Park since 2007, never missing an opening day
Since 2007, Gilbane has been working as a collaborative partner with the Red Sox, delivering over 15 fast-track park improvement projects completed successfully in time for Opening Day each season. Through the use of proactive and collaborative communication, the team has been able to achieve all milestone dates, including Opening Days, ensuring minimal disruptions to scheduled site activities.
Project Overview
- Improvements have included the installation of new expanded players kitchen with associated lounge
- Renovations to to the clubhouse and players club
- Removal of over 400 original seats to make way for the construction of the new two-elevation right field grandstand bar
- New breezeway entrance from Van Ness and the player’s parking area into the locker room
