Gilbane provided construction management services for phase 1A of the Our Future is Building master facilities plan. The projects will enable the Cleveland Public Library to further serve the community and enhance the spaces that the library system provides.

Project Overview

The project includes four branch locations and a central distribution facility
Renovations and additions occurred simultaneously
Gilbane coordinated with four architect teams across Phase 1A
A detailed economic inclusion plan was developed for the project
15 external events conducted to the community yielding 90 awards

These newly renovated library branches provide Cleveland residents with more effective access to resources and services, state-of-the-art technology, and vast collections right in the communities they live, work, and play in.
