Chapanoke is a new 200-apartment affordable housing development at 326 Chapanoke Road in Raleigh, North Carolina. The 100% affordable community will provide one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes for households earning 30% to 70% of Area Median Income.
The development is being advanced through a public-private partnership led by Gilbane Development, Harmony Housing Affordable Development Inc., and F7 International Development. Chapanoke will transform formerly publicly owned land in Wake County into a long-term affordable housing resource for individuals and families in the Raleigh area.
