Gilbane’s Peter Mulcahey Named to ENR New York’s Top 20 Under 40
New York, NY – December 10, 2014 – Gilbane Building Company’s Peter Mulcahey has been recognized by Engineering News-Record as one of New York’s top 20 Under 40, a distinction ENR bestows annually to recognize the merits of young leaders in design and construction. A standout among his peers with 15 years in the construction industry and extensive experience in the New York healthcare market, Peter has most recently contributed his expertise to large scale projects at NewYork-Presbyterian and White Plains Hospital.

In addition to his healthcare experience, Peter has supervised large mission critical projects for clients such as Mastercard Worldwide, Loews Corporation and Avon where he was responsible for managing the complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and infrastructure components essential for optimal facility operation. In addition to his project oversight responsibilities, Peter is dedicated to building and guiding a team of healthcare construction professionals that can be relied upon to meet the unique demands of this market space. Through his enthusiasm and commitment, he has helped to develop other young builders into skilled healthcare facility construction professionals.
