For the Wisconn Valley project, he has directed a comprehensive procurement (bidding) strategy for subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and professional services firms that follows a clear and detailed process with good faith efforts to place Wisconsin First while building significant capacity in both workforce and businesses.

Project Manager Dan Keaveney recently worked on the Northwestern Mutual Tower and Commons in Milwaukee, which has received numerous awards and accolades for the project’s commitment to local workforce success and mentorship programs. He also served as both project manager and project engineer on the 282,000 SF Kerry Global Technology and Innovation Centre in Naas, Ireland, which received a pair of Irish construction industry awards and an Engineering News-Record Manufacturing Global Best Project award. Chad Knutson is a virtual design and construction (VDC) manager. His VDC efforts help many clients to better envision their projects, while realizing cost savings and improved schedules. Chad utilizes various technologies to increase effectiveness of design, construction and operation of a building. Going beyond the reach of the construction industry, Chad, a military veteran, has been instrumental in developing ideas on how to use virtual technology to share the Honor Flight experience with veterans who are unable to make the trip to Washington, DC. Chad and Gilbane’s local media staff have provided veterans with a unique virtual reality experience. Wearing an Oculus VR headset, veterans are virtually transported to an in-flight experience where they can visit DC memorials.
