Gilbane Building Company opens new office in Tampa

Tampa, FL – May 8, 2017 – Gilbane Building Company, a global leader in construction services, announced it has opened a new office in downtown Tampa, Florida. The new Tampa office will be led by Vice President Tim Hensey who heads up Gilbane’s Southwest area of Florida. This serves as the seventh office for Gilbane in Florida which joins offices in Sarasota, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Orlando, Gainesville and Jupiter. The location allows the company to better serve clients and partners and deliver safe, quality projects through innovative solutions, Lean construction and proven best practices.
The new office, which is located at 100 South Ashley Drive, in the heart of downtown Tampa, will foster additional opportunity for growth markets such as higher education, healthcare, corporate office and hospitality. Among the firm’s current projects are the Museum of American Arts and Crafts Movement, HCC New Allied Health Academic Building, new North Manatee High School and Admiral Farragut Academy Performing Arts Center.
