atlantaThe two-story project was managed through five phases in order to maintain the 24/7 active hospital needs. Each phase was carefully coordinated with the hospital staff, owner and key stakeholders to avoid disruptions and allow operating rooms to remain in use. The team used BIM 3D models to facilitate the construction process saving more than $1.5 million.

“The unique phasing approach allowed our teams to deliver this project without any disruptions to the patients or staff,” said Brian Steed, Vice President. “Our team was very sensitive to the needs of the active medical environment and ongoing services.”
