Gilbane Building Company Celebrates 75 Years as Top Contractor in Connecticut – Recognized as #1 Workplace

This month marks 75 years as one of the top construction management firms in the State. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered earlier this year through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
