Gilbane’s footprint on Guam as we continue to support Fuels contracts on-island and pursue other construction contracts with our DoD clients for the Guam build-up. The project’s primary scope is to design and construct support facilities for three U.S. Coast Guard, Sentinel Class, Fast Response Cutter (FRC) vessels. Gilbane will provide upgrades to Victor Wharf consisting of new fenders for the three FRC ships and new shore ties for power and telecommunications, and construct a new Maintenance and Weapons Division (WMD)/FRC Support Building, personnel parking lot, and an optional Hazmat Storage Building in Apra Harbor, Guam.
