New Project Announcement: Empire State Development

Empire State Development selected Gilbane to provide owner representative services for the Soraa project on the SUNY Polytechnic Central New York Hub for Emerging Nano Industries campus.

Soraa, an industry leader in ultra-high performance lighting and LED technologies, is relocating its global manufacturing and research and development operations from California and overseas to Central New York. The new state-of-the-art facility includes clean room, non-clean room production space and office space.
