Gilbane’s Southern California footprint began with the construction of the MillerCoors’ Brewery in Irwindale, just east of Los Angeles as the construction manager at-risk. Since then, we’ve grown our professional experience in public and private sectors with projects in higher education, commercial, and high-rise residential. Gilbane promotes various construction delivery methods for our Southern California clients that allow for flexibility and collaboration at all levels including construction management at-risk, design-build, and integrated project delivery. Our focus is on bringing innovative technologies and lean building practices to our projects that demonstrate the best practices in sustainable construction.
