8:30 a.m. Registration
10:00 a.m. Shotgun start (scramble format)
4:00 p.m. Buffet dinner and awards

Company Logo Status:
If your company logo has been updated since last year’s outing, please email your current logo (JPEG, TIF, BMP) to Dee Powers at DPowers@GilbaneCo.com.

Each golfer will receive candy string, (1) mulligan (not transferable to other team members), (1) sleeve of golf balls, (1) raffle ticket, Titleist merchandise, a boxed lunch, a buffet dinner, and unlimited beer and non-alcoholic beverages during play.

A 20% discount will be available on all Pro Shop apparel on the day of the event.

Your company’s logo will be prominently featured in the event program and on the carts. Your sponsorship also includes:
  • (1) Foursome at this event
  • (1) Hole sponsorship
  • (4) Boxes of Titleist ProV1x golf balls
  • (4) 2027 Memorial Tournament tickets or (1) additional foursome
  • (1) Top Golf session for four (4) people with Gilbane’s Executive Team (date TBD)

Individual Sponsorships

Your company’s logo will be advertised on the lunch boxes.
Your company’s logo will be advertised on the course beverage carts.

 A raffle item will be purchased on your behalf and your company’s logo will be advertised for that item.
Your company’s logo will be displayed on signage at the tee box of one of the course holes.
Your company’s logo will be displayed at the Bloody Mary / Screwdriver tent prior to shotgun start.
Your company’s logo will be printed on the game marker signs for one of the skill games (Longest Drive, Longest Putt, or Closest to the Pin) at each of the three courses (West, North, East).
