“Flexible Training Programs Support Process Implementation & Evolving Workforces”
The Engineering and Construction industries are ever changing and evolving as companies work to provide new services to help streamline process for teams and be more efficient in the work they do. Regardless of your role as Construction Manager, Designer or Owner, we are all facing challenges with hiring, motivating and retaining our workforce as well. As a company, how do you implement new tools, support a multi-generational workforce, and keep your employees trained on the various tools supported? Our company has implemented a Flexible Training program that helps to both engage users and keep them apprised of the newest tools that our company supports. This training methodology also helps in the implementation of process improvements for our wide variety of internal and external users as well as address the varied learning styles that our workforce prefers. We will discuss this program in depth and offer tips on implementing some of these practices in your own companies or agencies while also looking strategically at your business for opportunities for improvement. We are focused on being nimble and flexible in the training space and listening to our users; and by taking this strategic approach to our processes, we feel we’ve been extremely successful and our employees seem to agree.
