Vice President of Marketing
Stephanie Handfield is the Vice President of Marketing at Gilbane Development Company, where she provides technical and creative direction for a team of marketing professionals communicating the company’s brand through engaging website content, company and property specific marketing collateral, and technical responses to client requests for qualifications and proposals for generating new business. Stephanie began working in real estate in 1994, and first joined Gilbane Development Company in 2000. She works closely with the student housing, affordable housing, multifamily, and public-private partnerships teams to provide marketing and business development support and direction. She was promoted to vice president of marketing in 2022. Stephanie’s collaborative approach and design presentations have resulted in many successful communities due to her involvement with creative details such as project naming, branding, renderings, and virtual reality; site and project signage; leasing center design; print/digital advertising; websites; social media, and others that drive positive exposure. Stephanie’s collaborations with property management teams ensure that projects are well-positioned for successful lease-up. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption University.
