Transit-oriented development with direct access to bus, Metrorail, and future Street Car stop locations
Amenities include walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, the convenience of highly secure key fob building access, underground parking for 65 vehicles, a fully secured and private interior courtyard, a clubroom offering Wi-Fi connectivity, and a business center
Sustainable building features include ENERGY STAR appliances, water-conserving fixtures, sustainable construction materials, bike storage, and solar panels
The innovative and energy-efficient building design was recognized by DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) which helped secure additional funding for the project and resulted in an estimated first-year energy savings of $92,000
