CHAMPAIGN, IL – (May 31, 2018) Development is underway at Octave, a new, state-of-the-art student housing community located at 210 South Fourth Street, just 2 blocks from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) campus and within walking distance of all University facilities, with the engineering and science buildings less than 1,000 feet away.
