Brian Killinger is Head of Asset Management at Gilbane Development, overseeing a national portfolio of 5,000 multifamily units, 5,000 student housing beds, and select retail and office assets. He manages over $1 billion in residential assets under development, with plans to expand the portfolio significantly in the coming years. Brian leads asset management strategy, team development, and operational excellence, collaborating closely with the executive team to drive long-term value and growth. With over 20 years of experience in institutional asset management, Brian previously served as Senior Vice President at LivCor, directing a regional portfolio of 200 properties totaling 70,000 apartments and $24 billion in value. He has a proven track record in portfolio performance, financial analysis, affordable housing programs, and building high-performing teams. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Stonehill College.
