Vice President, Sr. Sales Operations Director

Kelly Benedict serves as Vice President and Senior Sales Operations Director, where she leads enterprise operations to optimize workload processes, applications, operational efficiencies, and scaled sales enablement across various business segments. In this role, Kelly is accountable for department baseline updates, process efficiency, CRM data integrity, and driving enterprise budget performance. She plays a key role in identifying and resolving sales administration and operational bottlenecks while advancing initiatives that contribute to long-term organizational excellence. 

With over three decades in the construction and real estate industry, Kelly has excelled in business development, client engagement, strategy, transformation, and innovation across both privately and publicly held firms. Prior to joining Gilbane, she served as Head of Business Development & Strategy and later as Head of Innovation for the Americas region at an international property development company. Her leadership in innovation included managing a portfolio of ideas from concept to market introduction, underscoring her ability to drive strategic growth and transformation. 

Kelly is a graduate of Bowling Green University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Marketing Communications. She has held board and chair positions in organizations such as ACE Mentoring and CoreNet Global. Her commitment to innovation is further demonstrated through her development of external ecosystem partnerships with academia, venture capital, trades, and industry organizations to elevate Gilbane’s brand and accelerate its culture of innovation.
