
Daniel Baima
Regional President
In his role as regional president, Daniel Baima provides executive leadership in Texas and Mexico, in addition to the advanced manufacturing science and technology market sector.
Daniel brings deep experience developing next-generation manufacturing facilities, spanning high-technology, industrial, food and beverage, consumer products, and pharmaceuticals.
Most recently, Daniel served as president of a leading international beverage alcohol company, where he was responsible for driving the company’s accelerated growth strategy. During his tenure, Daniel developed a world-class company structure and a network of suppliers, vendors, and partners in the U.S. and Mexico. He implemented a $15B+ capital plan that transformed, grew, and developed facilities into an operational excellence model that drove automation, innovation, digitization, and new product development.
Daniel is an honorary board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico (AmCham Mexico) and previously served as its president. He currently also serves as a board member for Consejo Coordinador Empresarial in Mexico and is a member of the Corporate Advisory Council for the American Society.
Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidad Católica de Córdoba, Argentina, and a master’s degree in engineering from The University of Michigan. Daniel also completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Development Program.
